We have a range of different payment options available, once you get to the checkout you can choose to complete your purchase using credit or debit card, online banking or Afterpay!
If you feel your neon sign is not up to standard, you may return the product to us in the original packaging for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Get in touch and we can help you out.

We have a wide range of our neon signs in stock, so once your order has been placed, we will package this up and get in on the next courier. Which should be with you in the next 1-2 business days.
For all pre-orders they will be with you in 15-20 business days, before you place your order it will let you know the estimated delivery time.
For our custom signs they will take a bit longer as they will first be manufactured and then on the way to you. Our average time is 20 business days, we will confirm this at time of order.
Great news! All our orders have free shipping within New Zealand, including rural addresses.
Depending on the issue, yes our LED lights can be repaired! The beauty of LED lights is that they are typically much more cost-effective and simpler to repair than the traditional neon lights.
But don’t forget if your neon sign is faulty or isn’t working correctly get in touch as it may be covered by our 12 month warranty.
