Upload Your Design FAQs

What file types can I upload?

You can upload most common file formats including PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG and AI files. Don’t worry if your file isn’t perfect—we can usually work from sketches, screenshots or even photos of your logo.

How long does it take to make a custom logo neon sign?

Our standard production time is 12–15 working days after you’ve approved your final artwork. Once your sign has been manufactured, we’ll dispatch it as quickly as possible. If your project has a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order.

Will I receive a design proof before production?

Yes. Before your custom neon sign goes into production, we’ll create a digital design proof for your approval. This gives you the opportunity to review the design and request any changes before manufacturing begins.

Can you turn my business logo into a neon sign?

Absolutely. We specialise in converting business logos into high-quality LED neon signs for retail stores, cafés, salons, offices, gyms, events and exhibitions. Our designers optimise your logo so it looks fantastic when illuminated.

Is there a cost for a custom design quote?

No. We provide free, no-obligation quotes for uploaded logo and custom design requests. Simply upload your artwork, tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll send you a design concept and pricing.

What if my logo or image is low quality?

No problem. Our experienced design team can often redraw or improve lower-quality artwork to make it suitable for LED neon production. If we need anything further, we’ll contact you before preparing your quote

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love my neon art I got from Neon Hub NZ. They really understood the brief, it needed extra protection from stray golf balls, so they suggested a perspex layer to the front too. It turned out great. It was tricky to install, probably due to its size and the perspex cover

Jamie went the extra mile to source and supply longer stand off screws for us, which was amazing and appreciated. Will happily use again for future orders. Thanks guys.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were really impressed with the quality of the product and the swift turn around from submitting designs to having the finished product on our wall. We’re a small independent gym in rural NZ but really wanted to create that quality “inner city gym” feel. The neon logo looks great. We can vary the colours as well which is great and it’s a great focal point.

We love it, a great addition to the space.

To say the fabulous couple at NEON HUB signs gave me the best service I have in years is an understatement.
We approached Neon Hub with an idea of giving our daughter a sign to celebrate her teachers graduation thinking of a neon sign she could put up in her classroom.
The phone manner was always pleasant, professional & always friendly.. even as I was asking a million questions on what to put , size, colour specs etc .
Nothing was too much trouble and even at 9pm at night her & her husband were contacting us with more ideas & options .
This kind of service is very hard to find !
They went out of their way to get the sign made & delivered in an excellent time frame.
I cannot recommend Neon Hub signs enough’ we again thank you for how excellent the whole experience buying a sign from you was .

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We LOVE the Neon, it was a very well received gift and turned out even better than I imagined. The service and the way you helped me to get to this point after my initial order glitch is truly memorable. I am sure I was “that” pesky customer, but you never made me feel that way, you worked hard to help me fit a design into my limited budget - truly appreciated.
A massive thank you for a quality product and also the fantastic customer experience that you delivered with it. I would 100% recommend Neon Hub

The three signs we ordered were produced to perfection, meeting our expectations. When one of the signs developed a fault, your team's response was prompt and impressive – replacing the entire sign without hesitation. This level of service exceeded our expectations.

We appreciate the quality of work and customer-centric approach shown by Neon Hub. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services.

Thank you for a job well done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’re absolutely stoked with the Neon LOGO (RGB), Neon Hub created for us. It looks fantastic in our black boardroom and really elevates the space. The finish is top quality and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend Neon Hub to anyone looking for a standout custom sign.
