What file types can I upload?
You can upload most common file formats including PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG and AI files. Don’t worry if your file isn’t perfect—we can usually work from sketches, screenshots or even photos of your logo.
How long does it take to make a custom logo neon sign?
Our standard production time is 12–15 working days after you’ve approved your final artwork. Once your sign has been manufactured, we’ll dispatch it as quickly as possible. If your project has a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order.
Will I receive a design proof before production?
Yes. Before your custom neon sign goes into production, we’ll create a digital design proof for your approval. This gives you the opportunity to review the design and request any changes before manufacturing begins.
Can you turn my business logo into a neon sign?
