  • Production Time: Our expert artisans will begin creating your custom product, which may take approximately 2 – 5 business days to complete.
  • Shipping Time: After production, custom products are shipped to our hub store. Shipping time varies but typically takes approximately 10 – 15 business days.

Please note that the total estimated time for custom products, from the date of purchase to delivery, is approximately 20 business days. Keep in mind that this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your custom design or any shipping delays.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are items that are not currently in stock but can be reserved for future delivery. Here’s what you can expect when ordering pre-order products:

  • Shipping Time: Once the pre-order product is available and ready for shipment, it will be sent to our hub store. Shipping times vary but typically takes approximately 10 -15 business days.

Keep in mind that this timeframe may vary depending on production requirements and shipping delays.

In-Stock Products

In-stock products are readily available and can be shipped promptly. Here’s what you can expect when ordering in-stock products:

  • Shipping Time: Once processed, in-stock products are shipped to your specified destination. Shipping time varies depending on your location and selected shipping method but typically takes approximately 2 -5 business days.

Tracking Your Order

For your convenience, we provide order tracking for all shipped products once they leave our hub store. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its status.
