To get the most out of your LED neon sign we have a few key tips about installation and using your sign:

Always make sure you install your sign in a cool and dry place.
Don’t leave your sign on unattended and turn it off when finished.
Ensure the sign is firmly attached to the wall to avoid it falling off.
Do not switch off the power supply by pulling the cable directly out of the wall socket, as this may cause damage or short-circuiting of sign.
